I’m a Grand Rapids dentist, a wife, and a mother. Whenever someone mentions going to the dentist, most people’s immediate reaction is negative. They might immediately think of painful procedures, technology that hasn’t changed in decades, and inconsistent communication. I want to change the stigma around dentistry. I want to create a place where all my patients feel comfortable and to give them a one-of-a-kind experience. I approach dentistry with creativity, connection, and a constant desire for excellence. I had a procedure done. She is an artist.. her assistant is on top of her game also and if you have any questions, they make sure you have the answers before they start . Lovely atmosphere & building, thorough new-patient processing. I appreciated their straightforward approach to dental care & treatment. While I was there I even heard in the room across from me a patient who was being worked on for some tooth pain from a sharp tooth bothering her and she just wanted to be able to smile pretty in photos with her grandchildren and family. Well it didn’t take long for her to experience the relief she was after and hearing how grateful she was for the treatment really is what led me to leave this review. It’s very rare nowadays to find healthcare workers who actually meet patients where they’re at, while not sacrificing their professional integrity. Thank you Craft dentistry team!

The new building is so beautiful! Feels like having a spa day but you’re at the dentist. I love it, I always feel so relaxed (and this is coming from someone who, for 12 years of my life, had to use the “quiet room” in the dentists office 🫠). Do yourself a favor and make an appointment here. 🙌🏼
I have found my long term dentist Dr. Brianna Szymanski.<br>The office hums about with everyone working together as a team.<br>Dr. Szymanski has experience to be up to date on the latest technologies and equipment with the knowledge of being able to advise and comfort for all her patients.<br>Parents the staff are interested in keeping and helping kids with a positive experience. Great for babies first teeth through school age.<br>They meet everyone’s anxiousness with calmness.<br>No worries with Billing. The staff assists with the appointments and keeping the scheduling easy with reminders.<br>I wouldn’t go anywhere else.<br>Happy Patients
I enjoyed your new office! It’s very nice! I was received very warmly as soon as I walked in and sat in the very comfy swinging chair that is available until my appointment. Kasey, who took care of me today, is an excellent dental hygienist. She is easy to talk with and she made sure I was comfortable as she was cleaning my teeth. The dentist stepped in as well and took a look at my teeth. You have a very good team working at Craft.
TLDR: This is one of the best dental experiences I’ve had in years and am so glad I found this practice!<br><br>For starters, everyone is so kind and friendly and welcoming… Even after running 10 minutes late for my appointment, they didn’t even blink an eye and took me right back. I was able to fill out my paperwork ahead of the appointment online, and all notifications are sent via text, including paperwork, which is quite convenient for a millennial like myself haha<br><br>After my initial new patient exam, I was going to have to come back in a few weeks for a cleaning… But the receptionist was so awesome and let me know about an opening for the next day that happened to work for my schedule. It Was super convenient!<br><br>Jaylen and Kaia (ah sorry for any misspellings!) Were extremely helpful and caring hygienists… They walked me through every step they were doing, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Dr Szymanski was also wonderful and very friendly… she not only made my appointment quick and pleasant, but she let me know about other services she might be able to help with down the line.<br><br>Last but not least, their new space is absolutely stunning. It barely feels like a medical office… Everything is gorgeous and bright and updated. I have a little bit of medical anxiety and the space is very calming.
They always get me in quickly when needed. Staff is amazing. So pleasant. Dentists always make me nervous but not here. I wish I had come here sooner. They make taking care of your oral health easy. ❤️

And I had a seat.<br>I was taken back in about five minutes from the time I was sitting down and had some very nice staff work on my tooth and do the necessary x-rays and Dr. Szymanski was just awesome. Did such a great job with my tooth.
Their new space is absolutely beautiful, and I could just tell during my visit that keeping their patients comfortable is their top priority. Their team was kind, gentle and informative. Highly recommend!

New patient here! I am leary of having to start at a new office. Will I like it? Will I like the staff? Will I be comfortable? Ohmyword. This is a dream come true for me. Headphones for procedures? YES! TVs to distract myself? YES! Brand new facility with excellent equipment? YES! What a blessing it is to have them nearby! And I'm so grateful they take Delta Dental insurance when so many others have dropped me. Lastly, Dr. Brianna Szymanski...what a great experience I had with her. She is lovely. Her staff are lovely. I'm thrilled to have found a great dentist!

I didn’t think it was possible to have a favorite dentist/dentist’s office but here I am, absolutely IN LOVE with every one at Craft! Not only is the entire staff professional and kind but they are accommodating with your situation. They helped me create a plan financially and for my dental work. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this practice. I’d rate them higher if I could!!!

I started going to Craft when they were able to fit me in for some emergency dental work when my original dentist couldn’t. I was so thankful. Dr. S. Is very personable and kind, as is all of her staff. Jill at the front desk is very helpful and compassionate.
I had 2 fillings done today! Dr. Szymanski did an amazing job! Her and her assistant worked so efficiently together and were so easy-going and funny! I had absolutely 0 pain getting numbed up. Checkout process was also a breeze. Lots of friendly faces and good vibes all around. Such an amazing staff. I would recommend everyone I know to come here. 🤍
